Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for a talented Power Press Setter to join a vibrant engineering company based in Redditch.

Responsibilities:
- Set up power presses based on production schedules and engineering drawings.
- Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment for processing.
- Monitor machine operations for any malfunctions or defects in the final product.
- Perform regular maintenance on power presses to maintain top performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets effectively.
- Experience with 20t to 160t Chin Fong and similar presses.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Power Press Setter in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications proficiently.
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.

ROSPA or equivalent safety certification.
