£12 per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Repairs Administrator based in Redditch. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
Taking calls and enquiries from customers regarding repairs and other related questions, scheduling call backs when needed and actioning as appropriate
Working with contractors to schedule appointments and repair visits
Placing work orders on various calendars, systems and CRM's
Dealing with administrative tasks e including filing, maintain all manual and computer records, processing invoices, and raising orders for contractors.
The candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong call handling skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong organisational skills
