As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Digital and Communications Director to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our brand presence worldwide.

    In this role you will be required to oversee both the creative and digital marketing teams across Megger, promoting products, services, including the brand itself, through various online channels and platforms. Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing Communications, this role will support Megger's goal on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, engaging customers, and generating commercial funnel in the digital space. You will also lead the development and implementation of an agile/scrum framework to help teams deliver objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owner of the digital online customer buying journey
    • (Paid) search strategy (SEO/SEA)
    • Drive and optimise lead campaigns.
    • Drive digital marketing Website & optimisation (leadership)
    • Deliver ABM/Vertical MKT
    • Performance analytics
    • A - B testing and counter measure campaigns
    • Marketing systems and process optimisation (ownership)
    • Sharing responsibility for marketing lead generation into commercial opportunities and continuous improvement driving the sales funnels
    • Corporate & brand communication
    • Campaign creation: Look & feel in line with brand guidelines
    • Drive digital marketing and website optimisation

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relation, or a similar subject
    • Previous experience in a similar position
    • Knowledge of web design, analytics, social media software, and various marketing tools and methods.
    • Digital Marketing
    • Managing teams based on KPI's, experience with Daily/Visual Management and/or A3/Problem Solving is an advantage.
    • Proven experience in global marketing campaign management in an international B2B environment.
    • Proven experience in brand management
    • Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and regulatory considerations.
    • Full understanding of brand strategies, brand value and positioning and how that interacts with day-to-day marketing.
    • Experience working with and coordinating both digital marketers and creative teams (copy, design, photo/video).
