- Assisting with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
- Managing client communications and providing updates on the progress of conveyancing transactions
- Liaising with other parties involved in conveyancing transactions, including clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of conveyancing files
- Providing general office support to ensure the smooth running of the conveyancing department
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in residential conveyancing
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal case management software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
