    We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a premium nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care facility situated in the charming town of Buxton, Derbyshire.

    Job Title: Night Nurse Manager

    The main role involves overseeing night shifts and collaborating with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care for residents with diverse needs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Utilizing your clinical expertise to make critical decisions
    - Efficiently managing medication administration
    - Creating personalized care plans for residents

    Package and Benefits:
    - Hourly rate of £24.60 with paid breaks
    - Full-time night shifts (8-8)
    - Permanent contracts available for 36 or 48 hours per week
    - Competitive annual salary up to £61,400

    About You:
    To be considered, you should be an RGN or RMN with substantial experience in elderly care and strong clinical skills. Prior experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
