Manage the procurement process for all essential subcontractors and suppliers
Handle the preparation, submission, and agreement of project variations, claims, and design modifications
Develop project forecasts and cost estimates
Coordinate and process payments for subcontractors and suppliers
Generate and submit precise reports analysing and showcasing a project's profitability and commercial progressio n
Demonstrated experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in Quantity Surveying for UK residential groundworks projects
Advanced proficiency and training in Microsoft Excel and Word
