Description

RG Consultancy are working with a successful manufacturing company who are recruiting a financial controller to report to their Managing Director, oversee the company's financial performance, and guide its accounting operations.

You would be the go-to personin finance with a small team reporting into you.

Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

Overseeing and preparing income statements
Streamlining accounting functions and operations
Managing financial transactions including payroll and company pensions
Managing and developing the accounts team
Overseeing and preparing financial reports and income statements

Key essentials of the Financial Controller:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills, able to lead and develop a successful, cohesive finance team
