Our client, a well-known Estate Agency based in the Flyde Coast area, is seeking a strong and driven Branch Manager to join their team.


As a Branch Manager your role will involve the following:

  • Motivating and Managing the Sales team
  • Valuing
  • Listing properties to market
  • Conducting Team meetings
  • Setting KPIs and Targets

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Background in Estate Agency
  • Experience in Management
  • Strong leadership skills

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be required to work Full time


Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

  • Basic salary of £22,000
  • £24,000
  • On target earnings of £50,000
  • Car Allowance
