Night Receptionist to become part of our Front Office Team at
Night shifts are 11pm to 7.30am.

Night Receptionist , you will:
Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
Manage night operations by checking arrivals and departures reservations, missing bookings, payments, and any rate discrepancies

Ensure that End of Day reports and night auditing sheets are completed to the required standard and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant parties/shifts.
