Fantastic new role for a rounded and versatile mid to senior level corporate associate working principally on investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions at this superb boutique firm. Clients are predominantly in the media, technology, entertainment and communications industries including corporates (both public and private), entrepreneurs, intermediaries, investors and own managers in these industries. The team act particularly for clients with businesses in technology, TV, radio, interactive entertainment, music, theatre and digital media.

The partners are keen to recruit a lawyer who has had hands on transactional corporate experience, keen to take on responsibility and with high ambitions.

The firm, based in Central London have an excellent reputation and a superb track record of successfully recruiting lawyers from both larger City law firms and from medium sized to smaller boutique firms seeking an altogether different and more fulfilling experience of working as a corporate lawyer. Many of the firm's corporate partners began their working life at large City firms and the quality and standards of work is as high as much bigger law firms.

Strong interpersonal skills are key for this role as is robust technical ability as there will be plenty of direct and high levels of client involvement whilst working under the supervision and guidance of the firm's exceptional and highly regarded corporate partners.
