Description
We are looking for an administrator/accounts assistant to run the Fire and Security division.


Duties to include:

  • Raise job sheets on the job sheet system and assign to an engineer
  • Liaise with customers to book appointments
  • Diary management
  • Close off jobs and raise invoices
  • Chase payment of overdue invoices and other sales ledger duties
  • Process purchase invoices and payment of suppliers and other purchase ledger duties
  • Send out certificates to customers where applicable
  • Check keyholders details with customers
  • Ordering of dual comm units
  • Other general administrative and accounts ad hoc duties
This role is on a part time basis, hours and days to be discussed

Please note a minimum of 1 years experience is required, this is non negotiable

We are looking for someone for an immediate start.


Job Type:

Pay:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
