Painter/Refinisher - Accident Repair - Permanent:

Salary: £28,400 per annum, OTE £33,200 +Benefits:


  • Hours Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensuring the best quality painting, repair and finishing of motor vehicles of all types to develop and retain customer satisfaction.
  • Carrying out work in a safe, methodical, and economical manner.
  • To use the knowledge and skills that you have developed, to restore all customers' vehicles to standards and customer expectations.
  • Attaining and working within manufacturers agreed estimated repair times.
  • Safeguarding customer vehicles while being repaired etc.
  • Minimising wastage of all parts, paints, and materials and in particular, the economical use of the paint
- mixing scheme


Requirements:


  • An NVQ L3 Qualification or equivalent
  • Previous Automotive Bodyshop experience (3 years +)
  • Great ability to colour match
  • Experience using waterbased paints
  • A positive cando attitude
  • The ability to produce work to a very high standard
