    Henlow Academy is a vibrant and inclusive secondary school dedicated to fostering academic excellence and personal growth in our students.We pride ourselves on providing a supportive environment where every student can thrive.We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our pastoral team as a Head of Year.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral care and academic progress of a designated year group, ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
