Experienced Children's Social Workers - Help and Protection Team

What are we asking from you?

  • A BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience of working with children and families as a qualified social worker.
  • An ability to build strong relationships with children, their families, colleagues and partner agencies.
  • To be able to support families to make positive changes and enable children to meet their potential.
  • An ability to analyse information effectively and to write high quality assessments.
  • To focus on your own continuing professional development.
  • Motivation and resilience.

Salary

  • Salary up to £41,513, including £2,000 retention supplement (depending on experience)
  • The opportunity to progress to £42,476
