Description
We're looking for an experienced Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Gloucester supporting the team to ensure the highest possible standards of SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business.

Gloucester - Site based with some office work & agile working
Contract:
Permanent, Fulltime
Salary:
£34k - £45K + £4.5k car allowance + benefits
Responsibilities
As a SHE Advisor, you'll actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
- work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities
- assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- conduct regular and robust health and safety Inspections & Audits
- ensure that all SHE reporting requirements are provided accurately and in a timely manner
Who are we looking for?
This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if have:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role in the construction Industry
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)
- Full UK Driving Licence
