Job Purpose:

To provide a robust information support and data collection service for the Hospital alongside the Administration and Compliance Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for data entry and auditing of staffing sheets.
  • Responsible for data entry and auditing of funding sheets.
  • Responsible for data collection of KPI's across the Hospital.
  • Regular audits and reports of information as required by the Administration and Compliance Manager.
  • Assist in keeping all digital records up to date.
  • Security checklist collection and analysis.
  • Managing the patient filing system.
  • Responsible for data collection for the Board under the direction of the Hospital Director.
  • Completion of Daily Staffing Sheets, signing staff and agency with equipment in and out of building.
  • Draft letters; undertake filing and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with minute taking and attending clinical and staff meetings.
  • Assist with patient monies including maintaining good electronic and paper records of incomings/out-goings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager.
  • Provide reception cover during shift hand-over times ensuring safety and security of the building signing staff in and out.
  • Signposting external visitors to appointments and MDT professionals.
  • Ensuring information received through telephone calls is disseminated.
  • Assisting professionals with room bookings.
  • Ensuring compliance with building security protocols and petty cash.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and devise new systems.
  • Ensure all work is accurate and precise.
  • Able to meet deadlines within a short timeframe.
  • The ability to demonstrate a methodical organised and detail conscious approach to work.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Professional/Experience:


  • Have at least two years experience in an administration role.
  • Possess formal secretarial qualifications.

Desirable:


  • University Degree in Research or Statistics
  • Experience in a Hospital setting.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£23,763.21-£39,038.43 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
