- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to KS1 students, using creativity and innovation to keep the students engaged
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, prepare and participate in school events, including extracurricular activities
- Utilise a student-centered approach to teaching, encouraging independent thinking, and problem-solving
- Incorporate inclusive practices into teaching approaches, recognising the diverse needs of students
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, including attendance records and student data, in line with the school's policies
- QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
- Experience teaching key stage 1 students
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Passionate about teaching and creating a positive learning environment
