• Provide legal advice and guidance to commercial clients
• Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various commercial law matters
• Assist in negotiating and structuring commercial transactions
• Advise clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Represent clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in commercial laws and regulationsExperience:
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Admission to the Bar association
• Proven experience as a Commercial Solicitor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial law principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem
