Description
Site Agent/ Project ManagerA mid-sized Contractor with 40 years of contracting experience in contaminated land remediation, earthworks and infrastructure works across the UK are looking for a Site Agent/ Project Manager to join their dynamic business.
RoleResponsible for the delivery of projects both operationally and commercially. Typically, these projects will be of a remediation, regeneration, reclamations nature requiring a good knowledge of earthworks specification compliance. Projects may also include demolition, drilling and grouting and civils infrastructure which will require appreciation of managing sub-contract packages.
Person Specification
Well-rounded in all aspects of contract management who can reliably deliver project(s) with a team and with limited direct management, but sufficiently aware as to when to engage senior team members as appropriate.
