    Themis Recruit are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our clients specialist Real Estate Disputes team. The hiring firm are recognised as a Times 100 listed Top Best Law firm, and consistently achieve top rankings for their services in Chambers and other legal publications.

    About The Role:

    Our clients Real Estates Disputes team is renowned for delivering exceptional services recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The team caters to clients from diverse sectors, offering expertise in resolving intricate and high-value disputes concerning property and land usage. Collaborating closely with other departments, we strive to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    As a Solicitor within our team, you will manage a varied caseload encompassing commercial and residential property dispute matters. You will also support Partners and Senior Associates on complex cases, while mentoring junior team members including Trainees and Newly Qualified Lawyers.


    Requirements

    • Academic qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience in Real Estate Disputes (Property Litigation).
    • Experience handling mixed caseloads involving real estate disputes is desirable, with an openness to specialise in this area.
    • Possess strong adaptability, proactive work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and a creative mindset are essential.
    • Suitable for individuals with 5+ PQE.
