What you'll do
We're excited to be looking for a new Strategic Asset Management Administrator to join our busy Asset team and contribute to our Strategic Asset objectives - and we need you

You will ensure all incoming correspondence is responded to in a timely manner and information provided to others is accurate.

You will be a part of Asset projects and provide excellent administrative support including managing mail merges and working the finance team to make sure payments are made efficiently and with the signing and sealing team to deliver executed land documents.

You will be enthusiastic about property and land management and investigating queries from internal and external stakeholders.

It would be desirable for you to have a knowledge of Land Registry and other mapping tools.
