Overview
Role Responsibilities will include
- Bank transaction preparation and postings to sales, purchase and general ledger
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts & cash postings
- Posting & reconciliation of prepayments & accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Assistance in analysis of P&L & stock accounts
- Management of recording & analysis of time sheets
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with completion of VAT return for review by Finance Manager
- Transaction processing as required
- Daily invoicing
- Production of weekly sales & orders report
- Holiday cover & support as required for Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Previous finance experience preferred
- Ability to reconcile accounts
- Ideally exposure to Purchase/Sales Ledger as well as bank postings
- Good level of excel
- Good attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Team player
- Flexible
- Part/fully qualified AAT/Studying for CIMA
