Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Droitwich – 4-day week (with 5 days pay)

We are a busy and fast-growing recruitment consultancy operating in the executive agricultural sector.

The role will involve business development using our tried and tested strategies, account management of lovely clients (we don't accept anything else) and working closely with candidates to find them their perfect job role.

We will give you all the tools, training and support you need to be successful in this role and you will just need to have the following:
Some work experience in a sales role.
Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
We have a fantastic company culture, always ahead of the market, offering a standard 4-day working week with 5 days pay for every single one of our employees Just standard operating hours, Monday to Thursday with every Friday off

Excellent salary and benefits package, (£21,000 - £22,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic unlimited bonus/commission structure, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.

30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, company bonuses, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more
