Responsibilities:


  • Receiving and processing customer orders for Capital Sales Equipment.
  • Raising sale invoices and chasing payments from customers & finance companies.
  • Dispatching sale orders and organising delivery to the customer.
  • Checking stock and ordering accessories for the Capital Sales Equipment.
  • Creating purchase orders and chasing orders from suppliers.
  • Checking quantities and goods receiving Capital Equipment
  • Contacting external contractors and liaising with the Depot Manager when Capital Equipment arrives.
  • Make sure all documentation is correctly stored and filed efficiently.
  • Contacting suppliers if there's any discrepancies with the orders.
  • Processing warranties and datatags.
  • Chasing customers expired insurance.
  • Processing Lost/Stolen & Major Damage paperwork.
  • Setting up new customer accounts for the Hire & Sales Division.
  • Answering calls effectively and transferring to the correct department/depot.

Credentials Needed:


  • Previous experience within an Administrative role (Sales Administrative experience would be advantageous).
  • Previous experience of communicating with customers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Packages (Basic SAGE experience would be advantageous).
  • Experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £26,000.00 per year
