Responsibilities within your new role


As the new Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the fine-dining restaurant, developing, training and supporting the restaurant team and liaising with other heads of department to ensure smooth service and running of the F&B offering.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, 4/5-star hotel background or multi-rosette restaurant environment is essential


As a key member of the management team, you should have excellent attention to detail, and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for these positions. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in your role and contribution to the guests.


You will be a natural team player whilst having the ability to work independently, having the opportunity to learn from more senior members of the management team to enhance not only your career progression but also your own personal development and transferable skills.
