Are you an experienced Operations Co-ordinator with knowledge of logistics?

Do you have experience of liaising with suppliers, customers, and courier services?

Have you got excellent attention to detail?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Sandwich for an Operations Co-ordinator to work for one of our clients who is a specialist in human biological materials.

In this role you would be working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Our client is offering a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As the Operations Co-ordinator your responsibilities would include:

Receive and process incoming shipments
Prepare and dispatch outgoing customer shipments, including documentation
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and other Company procedures
Request and perform changes to procedures and develop new ones, as appropriate
Other duties as deemed reasonable

Person Specification:

12 years of experience of working in an operations and logistics role
Experience of liaising with suppliers, customers, and courier service for follow up and any queries
Experience of working in a laboratory would be advantageous
Knowledge of working with ERP systems
Meticulous and organised
Exceptional attention to detail
Problem solver
Process oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
