ROLE - IT Service Desk Analyst

LOCATION - Manchester

SALARY - £30,000 - £35,000

PERMANENT

We have partnered with a global consumables manufacturing company based in Manchester who are going through a period of growth right now and are hiring for an IT Service Desk Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.

This IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a market leading organisation, this opportunity has become available as a direct result of business growth and offers career growth, working with new technology and the opportunity to work on a host of exciting newprojects.


Hybrid working is available

The IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following skills/experience:

  • Windows 7 & Windows 10


  • Office 36

  • Building, configuring and troubleshooting Laptops and personal devices
  • Supporting users remotely and onsite
  • Network/Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organised
- "Can-do" mentality


The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out user support on a number of devices
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of all support documentation
  • Network patching & connectivity
  • Supporting Head of IT in the delivery of daytoday support activities and IT projects
  • Coordinating and escalating IT breakdowns with senior technicians and 3rd parties
This IT Service Desk Analyst opportunity is offering a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits and hybrid working.
