- Lead technical communications and discussions with customers across the entire business value chain, using your technical skills for tendering, sales, project execution, and after-sales services.
- Provide technical support to sales and project management departments during tender and quotation processes in order to secure orders.
- Coordinate with the factory to order design drawings and prepare technical documentation according to customer specifications.
- Clarify technical questions from customers and directing them to the factory and project managers.
- Review technical documentation, such as Design Review documents, mechanical drawings, schematic drawings, and test reports.
- Consult with the factory to ensure that technical documentation aligns with customer requirements and recommend any necessary revisions.
- Ensure that results and deliverables are delivered to customers on time.
- Participate in the investigation of technical issues on-site and contribute to the establishment of procedures and corrective actions.
