Accounts Administrator | up to £25k | Nottinghamshire | Office Based


We ae are currently recruiting for an
Accounts Administrator to join a thriving well established business in the Long Eaton area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied role which is combination of both
accounts and
administrative duties.

This role is fully office based ideally working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities:


Credit Control, chasing up outstanding payments from customers

Allocating payments to customer accounts

Processing invoices and ensuring payments are made on time
Reconciling customer accounts to ensure that all transactions match up and are correctly
Assisting with the
compliance.
Checking documentation which requires strong attention to detail
Liaising at all levels, as well as directly with customers to chase outstanding documents required
Various
administration based tasks

Previous experience within an accounts and administrative function
Good attention to detail
Able to communicate at all levels
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of
Excel
Team Player
Used to multitasking
