    Virtual Territory Manager

    Primary Objective of Position

  • To virtually drive patient acquisition, sales and awareness of the ADC Flash Glucose Monitoring system, the broader FreeStyle product portfolio, and associated digital ecosystem across target accounts, through the execution of national strategy and engagement of healthcare professionals, key customers and patients in target CCGs/Health Boards and NHS Trusts.
  • Educating, training patients and providing support via virtual platforms on the use of FreeStyle Libre and the FreeStyle Libre digital health solutions.
  • Educating and training HCP's via virtual platforms in the interpretation of the Digital Health Solutions Reports and data, the LibreView reporting suite and all FreeStyle Libre applications to establish FreeStyle Libre as the new standard for diabetes care in everyday clinical practice.
  • Building effective partnerships with target accounts by matching ADC's solutions and value-added services to identified customer needs and driving mutually productive outcomes through the successful leveraging of local guidelines and pathways.
  • Implementing LHE guidance and patient pathways, and maximising guidance / formulary pull through via the upgrade of target patient cohorts to the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system.
  • Minimising negative factors within the local healthcare economy to develop ADC business and create a positive prescribing environment for the development of ADC business.
  • To develop and leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payer customers and patient / patient associations.
  • To work with local ADC colleagues to develop and execute account plans to increase ADC sales & market share.
  • To provide 'outstanding service' to target customers and to ensure that a positive account environment is created for optimal patient retention in target accounts.
  • Work with Regional Managers and all sales executives and internal ADC stakeholders in the pull through of account plans and ADC implementation projects
  • Major Accountabilities

  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • To train and educate patients via virtual/remote platforms on the use of Freestyle Libre and the Freestyle Libre digital ecosystem
  • Virtual promotion of ADC products (FreeStyle Libre, Digital Ecosystem) plus services to CCG/Health Board/Trusts, focusing on diabetes centres, target primary care accounts, clinical customers and pharmacists across the LHE.
  • Planning and delivering working days to deliver optimal coverage & frequency of target accounts/customers via virtual mediums, whilst also managing administrative responsibilities. Organising own time effectively to maximise customer contact to take advantage of strategic business opportunities.
  • Virtually Identifying and pulling through opportunities within local target accounts to develop ADC business
  • Working with the regional team to identify key stakeholders within target accounts and developing comprehensive stakeholder and influencer maps within each account plan.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring the successful virtual implementation of ADC solutions and services and delivering agreed NPS score
  • Optimise the use of resource and "sampling / patient support" in target accounts.
  • Virtually Upgrading patients onto the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system and LibreView, ensuring the collation of all patient information ensuring effective retention of patients.
  • Remotely Training & educating physicians, nurses, and patients in the use of FreeStyle Libre and linked products and embedding Libre, AGP and Libreview as the new standard of care for routine clinical practice.
  • To engage all strategic customers and key influencers identified within the stakeholder map, and working in conjunction with Regional Manager, Market Access Specialist and Territory Manager to ensure the effective positioning of ADC products and services, to deliver sustainable market share growth
  • Creating and driving bespoke development plan with RM, to maximise professional growth and in-role expertise. Full engagement with field coaching processes, "buddy" programmes, training and development workshops and on-line training programmes.
  • Attending and participating in regional meetings, conferences, and account planning meetings, and executing and translating national strategy into effective local account management.
  • Interpreting sales data to maximize productivity
  • Carrying out administrative work accurately and on time, including call reporting, regular business planning and market intelligence feedback
