    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Lead a talented team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
    • Drive digital marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the HR or SaaS industry.
    • 8 + years in a Marketing capacity
    • Start-up experience would be ideal.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
