As an LSA, you'll get to work with students of all ages and abilities, assisting them in overcoming their learning barriers and unlocking their full potential.

You will be responsible for:

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students
Provide individual and small group support to students in the classroom
Monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback to teachers
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing teaching materials
Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
