Roles and Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing the school, Nursery, TCM, Oak Theatre and Scarisbrick Hall facilities
Work with the Marketing Manager and wider events team to ensure the professional and exceptional running of all events.
Assist with phone enquiries and follow up to tours.
Confidently and professionally perform tours of the school and its facilities with a clear understanding of the school curriculum, various age groups and entry levels, history of the building, educational standards and school values and ethos.
Assist management in the maintenance of accurate up to date data relating to conversion tracking against KPI identified by the Headmaster and Directors.
Communicate professionally and to an excellent standard to both current and perspective customers of Scarisbrick Hall School and its wider businesses.
Accurately adhere to policies and procedures
Ensure consistently excellent marketing via databases to all active enquiries of Scarisbrick Hall.
Generate content for all of Scarisbrick Halls digital marketing channels.
The postholder should have some experience of working in a busy environment and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will be expected to always maintain a tidy and clean workspace.

Skills and Abilities

Be innovative and forward thinking with strategies
Have strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop high quality, accurate and consistent communications and marketing materials.
A good understanding of communications, building audiences and engagement via social media.
Essential skills: excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Inc. Microsoft Office)

Hours - FULL TIME (usual working hours will be 8:00 - 5:00 pm however, attendance at key meetings and events associated with this role will be required before 8am or after 5pm or on Saturday mornings).
