Description

This institution is a leading global full-service investment bank and boasts a very strong FIG team.

In this capacity you will support the origination and execution of FIG transactions across all FIG verticals (Banks, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management,Specialty Finance, Fintech).Transactions will be large cap, multi-gepgraphy cross-border M&A, capital market and financing deals.

Key duties centre on:

Assistance with origination and management of execution of ongoing deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc)
Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients
Strategic idea generation
Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
You must have accrued high calibre FIG expertise and deal experience
Client focused, possess an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team
Ambitious, driven and commercial
