My client is on a mission to provide drivers with reliable and easy-to-use EV charging at destinations across the UK and Europe.
They're driving the creation of the largest networks of public chargers and have an investment plan to rollout 40,000 EV chargers in the next 5 years.
To meet this target, they have secured institutional funding and they have partnering with pubs, hotels, retail park owners, restaurants, workplaces, councils, and many other businesses.
They are made up of a talented team of EV enthusiasts up and down the country, and They are looking for likeminded individuals to join us on our journey.
The role:
They are looking for a Network Operations Support to join their Network Operations team.
Reporting to the Network Operations Supervisor, you will be in control of their network health regularly monitoring their back offices and managing any maintenance that is required.
You will also regularly support drivers and clients with any other issues they are having on their network. They will be rapidly expanding their network which must be kept healthy ensuring optimum usage potential for our customers. You will be an integral member in our team.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Organise and track maintenance/repairs for offline chargers.
- Liaise with site staff and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance/repairs.
- Respond to support related calls during office hours.
- Maintain strong relationships with O&M partners.
- Provide strong remote assistance.
- Occasionally attend installed sites to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Configure chargers on the back office and update public platforms for any changes that occur on our network.
- Provide professional customer services.
- Knowledge and skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Customer support experience.
- Be competent with the full Microsoft office suite of programs.
- Experience with electrical systems/components preferred but not required.
- Be organised and selfdisciplined.
- STEM education preferred but not required.
- Be a selfstarter by nature and able to operate successfully whilst working away from immediate line management.
- Be able to adapt to working within a team of other sector and nonsector specialists.
- Strong numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you will hold an engineering degree or comparable work experience
