    Job PurposeCommercial Analyst role currently covering UK rebates and contract support business needs to cover expansion in commercial activities with upgraded role.

    This position will report to and support the Global Fernox Commercial and Supply Chain FP&A Manager in all Financial tasks including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with the close processes as well as all Fernox Supply Chain financial related tasks.

    Job ResponsibilitiesReviews complex financial accounting work processes, systems, procedures for efficient workflow, conformity with accounting principles,internal controls and security of all automated accounting applications.

    Monthly / Quarterly Reporting ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the month end close with the regions accounting centres.

    Performance management related analysisRegional Monthly / Quarterly business financial reports & analysisAnnual Budgets / Updated ForecastsCAPEX AnalysisWorking Capital discussionBi-Monthly Weekly Sales AnalysisBudgeting and Forecasting ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Fernox Commercial and Supply Chain FP&A Manager with the annual budget / quarterly forecast process for Fernox globally.

    Supply Chain Finance Responsibilities-Work with Regional support teams to provide analysis related to the global performance of the Fernox business.

    Requirements & QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field required.

    Five years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst OR valid Certified Public Accountant certificate with at least three years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst.

    SkillsThorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS/SAS), generally accepted auditing standards, methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in computer and database development and of project management.

    Understand customer rebate/commission management and control claims.
    Knowledge of working in different business verticals with multiple local entities.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    HFM Planning would be an advantage.
    CompetenciesExcellent organisational skill and attention to detail.
    Strong analytical and probelm solving skills.

    Capacity to follow-up on various requests with colleagues (Commercial and Finance), claims (Internal and External Customers) and close/action open items.

    EducationBachelor's Degree preferred in Business or ManagementSupervisory ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Shared Services to evaluate the work of accounting and systems analysts.
