Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a Shoreham-by-Sea based client, who are looking to recruit a 'Credit Controller' on a permanent basis.

This role will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager, responsible for a range of duties.

Some which may include:

Managing part of a highvolume ledger
Building a rapport and liaising with clients regarding outstanding payments and agree a deadline in accordance with the time frames set
Identifying and analysing root causes for delays in collections of debt
Responsible for requesting restriction of services and deicide weather to start legal action
Reconciliations
Negotiating payment plans with customers
Promptly logging client queries and assigning them to the relevant department
Answering queries directly where possible
