Customer Support Representative - Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom - CHANNEL ALT LTD
Description
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Utilize CRM system for data entry, order tracking, and customer followup
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

From £25,375.04 per year
