Description

Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
  • Utilize CRM system for data entry, order tracking, and customer followup
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,375.04 per year
