Leaving Care Team
Rate: up to £18.40 per hour
We are recruiting for motivated worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK's highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
Experienced personal advisor required in Leaving Care to provide tailored support, accurate guidance and advice on transition planning for young people leaving care.
Experience with Pathway Plans and working as a Personal Advisor previously is preferrred.
