Supporter Care and Database Services

Location:
Hybrid, London and homebased (Minimum three days in the office)

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours


Contract:
Permanent, full-time


Salary:
£25,500 - £27,790

Annual Leave: 33 days (plus 8 bank holidays)

Closing date: 13th March 2023

Dementia UK provides specialist support for families through our Admiral Nurse service.

They help people living with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they will have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days.


About the role:

The Supporter Care team are responsible for providing the highest level of customer care to all those who interact and support Dementia UK.

As the Supporter Care Officer you will help maintain and drive fundraising growth across a number of income streams.


You will be responsible for welcoming, assisting and responding to enquiries from existing supporters and new donors as well as thanking our supporters, adapting and personalising templates delivering high quality thank you letters.


You will play a part in supporting all teams across fundraising and assist the Supporter Care Manager in identifying processes that could be improved and maintaining our database to ensure our income is being captured correctly.
