Leasehold Services Officer

£32,455 per annum

37 hours - with flexible/agile working

Permanent

Based in Portishead and Weston-Super-Mare

About the role:

We are looking for our next Leasehold Services Officer, who will build professional relationships with our customers and help them manage their leases.

You will also manage your own sheltered leasehold schemes and be involved with commercial lease agreements and renewals.

About you:

You will be a great communicator, both oral and written and have excellent numeracy skills.

It would be great if you had experience in debt recovery and estate management, but this is not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
