    ASAPDuration: 8 MonthsProject:The NHS is currently working towards implementing a single shared System, which will allow multiple Trusts to share work across laboratories and provide technical resilience.

    NHS issued a tender for the Managed Services Contract (MSC), which a supplier has subsequently won the bid for. This includes new lab equipment for a new department build and the provision of respective middleware.

    As Solution Architect, you'll provide technical leadership to ensure successful implementation of the MSC, working closely with the Vendor, the Trusts, the Department, and Estates & Facilities.

    A period of discovery work will be required in the first instance to make sure all requirements and dependencies are identified and planned.


    Scope:


    initial discovery exercise to confirm requirements, constraints, dependencies, technical interfaces, timescales, resourcing and costings.delivery of lab equipment at new NHS and vendor to provision integration into shared documentation provided by the supplier.

    Review possible integration of other third-party solutions/vendors.
