    This is an opportunity for an Interior Designer or Interior Architect with solid hospitality and residential experience and excellent autoCAD skills to join a global architecture studio.

    This role will focus on hotel and residence projects globally. The client is seeking excellent designers who are creative thinkers and can challenge design. This position requires managing projects and being client-facing.

    Design is a crucial aspect of this role - the client is looking for a creative individual. The ideal designer is expected to have excellent design abilities and a portfolio that demonstrates this. You should have and portfolio showing experience in luxury and high-end hospitality and residential. The client is looking for someone with a clear understanding of FF+E, interior design, and architecture. You should be up to date with current trends and be a visionary design lead.

    You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

    You must have AutoCAD skills in practice.

    Experience & skills

    • Qualified interior designer, Part II or qualified architect
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD
    • Experience and knowledge of the design process able to follow and track projects throughout all RIBA stages
    • Experience of working with consultant teams
    • Experience and knowledge of building regulations
    • Excellent communications skills presenting to external or internal teams
    • Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
    • Proactive attitude, strong planning and organisational skills

    You'll be joining a dedicated, passionate team and global studio. You'll have the chance to learn and develop new or continue developing your project management skills. Architects and Interior Designers in this global practice will be learning from industry leaders, and will be empowered to take on as much responsibility as they are capable of realistically managing.

    Office: Central London

    Hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am - 6pm

    Office policy: this role is hybrid working 4 days office, 1 days wfh.
