We are currently working with one of the World's Leading Insurance companies to recruit a Senior Finance Business Analyst.

Reporting into the Lead Business Analyst, the successful individual will be responsible for supporting change initiatives across the group and endeavor to improve technology, processes & people.

Elicit, analyse, validate, document, manage and explain business requirements based on project objectives.
Provide operational expertise in insurance (finance).
Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress.
Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues and progress.
Produce and manage requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information on strategic projects and programmes.
Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Experience in delivering Finance projects for a London Market Insurer.
Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows.
Strong detailed portfolio of projects and experience where they have led on collating requirements
