Our client is a technology business that provide solutions for people with additional needs; they have recently won a large tender so have exceptional growth plans


As
Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will deal directly with consumers who are wanting to order both software and hardware.


Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator
role includes:

  • Calling customers to confirm orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
  • To process sales orders.
  • To complete quotations.
  • Add customer details to the CRM.
  • To handle incoming calls from the general enquiry telephone lines.
  • To communicate to customers the status and progress of their orders.
  • To process credit card payments.
  • To administer and register new product insurance cases.
  • To book customer orders for delivery with various carriers and external engineering partners.

Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Coordinator role:

  • Previous experience of administration.
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Numerate.
  • Quick to learn.
