    We are urgently seeking a home care worker to join our growing team in Medway. Our clients are based across Medway and the surrounding areas, including Strood, HOO, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham.

    As a Home Carer you'll find the work varied as you respond to a wide range of individual needs. These include:


    • Helping with medication management


    • Providing nutritional assistance


    • Offering personal care


    • Making social calls


    • Helping with communication


    • Supporting learning difficulties


    • Assisting those with dementia


    • Helping clients with other challenging behaviours

    We need a home care worker who is truly concerned for the people they are caring for. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients. Our clients are often very vulnerable people who need help to remain in their own home. We want to ensure that they can do this with dignity and a sense of independence.

    Home Carer requirements

    Shifts are available during Mornings, Lunch time, Tea time and Evenings, 7 days per week. We also have some night work available.

    Care experience is required but our key requirements of any Home Carer do include:


    • Personable and empathetic


    • Passionate about Care in the Community


    • Able to deal with challenging situations


    • Driving and UK License a MUST


    • Preferably FEMALE Carers


    6 Months to 1 year experience in Domiciliary Care

    About Domiciliary Care Experts

    Domiciliary Care Experts specialises in working with service users and their families who require care in their own home. We offer a tailor made service of person-centred care.

    Our visit times range from 30 minutes to full live in support. We also have our own Complex Care Department, DCE Complex Care. It provides care for people who have more complex care requirements with support workers who are fully trained and competent with tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, epilepsy management, acquired brain injury and spinal card injuries.
