Customer Relations Assistant:


£10.50 per hour rising to £10.60 per hour on successful completion of training and probation period.

24 hours and 20 minutes on average over a 2 week rota including evenings and weekends.

Week 1:

Mon, Tues

Sat and Sun


Week 2:

Wed, Thu, Fri


We are seeking to employ a Customer Relation Assistant to work across our short stay services,
Elmhurst and
Woodbury, in Whitefield.

You will be expected to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.

About the role:


Working for the short stay service is a very rewarding career; you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that can make a real difference to the lives of adults living within the Bury area.


This role will provide a professional, welcoming front of house reception that creates the right first impression of Persona to people we support and visitors.

You will provide administrative customer service support to designated operational teams which enables them to run effectively.
