    Are you a Test Engineer with a passion for innovation and R&D? Do you want to work on one of the most advanced eVTOL projects available in the market today?

    We have been operating in secrecy since 2017, in this time we have designed, manufactured and tested multiple prototypes, with the aim of finding the perfect eVTOL solution.

    In this position, you will have the opportunity to conduct rigorous testing of electro-mechanical systems, structures, and batteries.

    The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing test protocols, executing comprehensive tests, analysing data, and ensuring the reliability and performance of diverse electro-mechanical systems and battery technologies.

    Our entire team is on site, so not only will you be testing components and systems, but you will also see these fitted to the aircraft before watching the flight test campaign.

    This project is incredibly unique and cutting-edge, and we need the best of the best to make it happen.

    Design and develop test plans and protocols for electro-mechanical systems and battery testing, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

    Conduct various tests on electro-mechanical components, systems, and battery modules, such as durability, functionality, performance, and stress tests.
    Perform data analysis, interpret test results, and generate comprehensive reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    Ensure that testing procedures comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
    Implement quality control measures and maintain adherence to rigorous testing protocols.
    Explore and implement innovative testing methodologies and technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
    Contribute to the development of new testing equipment or procedures to address specific testing needs.
    Collaborate with engineering teams to provide insights from test results, contributing to product improvement and development.
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

    Experience in testing electro-mechanical systems, structures, and batteriesProficiency in testing methodologies, equipment, and data analysis tools relevant to electro-mechanical systems and battery testing.

    Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to testing in relevant sectors (e.g., HV Senior Authorised person experience
