    Description

    Percival are excited to be working exclusively with the Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company (LGM CIC) to help them appoint a new Estates & Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estates & Property Management professional to join an amazing organisation, and to utilise their skillsets and experience and add value to the organisation.

    As the newly appointed Estates & Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a number of facilities, grounds and community activities. The role holder will be working a 4 day week.

    Leybourne Chase is a housing development of 733 homes set within stunning 140-acre grounds in West Malling, Kent and consists of a variety of outdoor spaces, parks and formal walled garden. Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company (LGM CIC) is a not-for-profit organisation that runs two community facilities, gathers lease income from various lessors on site and arrange community events and volunteering opportunities.

    In this role you will provide leadership and management across a well managed and diverse estate and the residing community. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the LGM CIC and work with the Board to ensure that the forward plan is developed in a sustainable way.The postholder will manage the estate budget, ensure new suppliers are sourced and onboarded appropriately, line manage two members of the team, and ensure good relations and a positive relationship with residents.

    They are looking for candidates with good experience working directly with residents in a community role, in either a work or voluntary capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience organising and chairing community meetings, and planning, delivering and evaluating projects, activities and events to a budget.

    The salary offering for the successful candidate is £35,000 for a 4 day working week.
