    The Role:
    Looking for a Cost Manager fcocused in Real Estate Services.

    The role involves 3 years post qualification experience to join a team of professional surveyors focusing on building surveying and services but with focus in the dilapidations space.


    Essential Requirements:

    • 3 years post qualification experience
    • To be Chartered and Qualified
    • Clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK
    • Ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified
